  7. Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or higher certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
  8. Valid Prosci Change Management Certification.  Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.

  • 10 years' experience working with stakeholders in a healthcare environment to implement changes to clinical workflow.  Examples should include implementation and training of business process changes.  The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
  • 10 years' experience working with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements and develop them into specifications or business process solutions.  The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
  • 5 years' experience evaluating, developing, and implementing programs relating to infection prevention and control within an acute care setting. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
  • 5 years' experience developing and delivering training for information systems to clinical users including nurses and physicians.  The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
  • 5 years' experience implementing the Allscripts suite of products in an acute care setting.  The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
  • 3 years' experience conducting and compiling privacy impact assessments for healthcare record systems to assess their compliance with provincial regulations. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
