Domain Skills:
1. KYC / AML expertise
2. Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
3. Fenergo Product Knowledge
4. Experience in Data Migration & Data quality including experience with challenges of Data Survivor rules, data harmonization

Technical Skills:
1. Data Analysis & SQL: Strong SQL skills for querying and analysing structured data across complex relational schemas
2. Data mapping and Transformation: Experience in mapping source systems to target data structures
3. Process Documentation & Business analysis: Ability to gather, document, and translate Business requirement to functional specifications
4. Experence with user stories, process flows, EPICs and use cases

Soft Skills:
1. Strong communication and stakeholder management
2. Analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and integrity
3) Ability to work in agile, cross-functional team
