Job Description
Hands-on experience with PRM (partner relationship management) tools and core functionalities including partner onboarding, enablement/training, engagement/adoption, incentive compensation, and analytics.
  • Extensive experience administering and configuring Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects would be a strategic asset
  • Proven expertise in managing Salesforce integrations with various third-party tools using APIs and integration platforms.
  • Experience successfully implementing and managing technology delivery by working cross-functionally with partner, sales, enablement, ops, finance, customer service, and technology teams, demonstrating both influence and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, data migration, and data management.
  • A strong leader, skilled at storytelling and communication with a proven ability to credibly drive conversations with senior leaders.
  • Excels in driving cross-functional teams and leading initiatives across an organization involving multiple product teams.
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
  • A strong sense of urgency to help customers through the ability to identify insights and deliver a quality, innovative experience quickly.
  • Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • This role will include collaborating with users, engineering, and other stakeholders to develop and manage a roadmap and measure impact, adoption, and engagement.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and drive strategic direction for Sales Technology capabilities.
  • Own the product planning, prioritization, and roadmap activities for your domain.
  • Use data to drive decisions and define the metrics that measure and monitor your goals.
  • Establish mechanisms to gain a deep understanding of a partner's needs, self-driving some of your own customer research.
  • Drive and coordinate execution against plan, anticipating risk, and leading discussions via frequent, clear communication, both internally and with dependent technology teams.
  • Work with the Go-to-market teams to execute the strategy, vision, and prioritization of products/features across our Sales technology and support them in meeting their strategic business outcomes.
  • Ensure product requirements and user stories represent customer needs and define work meaningfully, including clear acceptance criteria and considering dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives.
  • Able to engage with and influence Senior Leadership effectively. Education: BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
